Arrowsoft Sports Inc. warrants all products sold to be free of defects and workmanship under normal intended use. Items covered under warranty are detailed below. You may request a replacement for a broken item (eligibility varies for different items, see below) for a free replacement.
Manufacturer defective products will be replaced free of charge.
The Complete Foam-Tipped Arrowheads (“Head Mount, Foam Tip, Elastic Brace) are covered under warranty for 6 months after the date of purchase. You may request a replacement part for broken Complete Foam-Tipped Arrowheads up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
The Complete Backyard Beginner Archery Set with Bow and Arrows comes with a target board (“Red X” or “Paint Splat” or other design). The target board is covered under warranty for 2 years after the date of purchase. You may request a replacement target board for any torn or ripped target boards up to 24 months after the date of purchase.
All arrow shafts are not covered under warranty due to the many factors that are beyond our control that may break an arrow shaft (e.g. draw weight of bow, user’s handling of arrow shafts, frequency of use, and more). For these reasons, arrow shafts are the most common piece of the arrow to break. All arrow shafts are inspected prior to shipping out every order.
Bows (“Wizard”, “Crusader”, “Titan”, and “Firebird”) are covered under warranty for 6 months after the date of purchase. The aforementioned bows are Bear® Archery bows. We are a distributor of Bear® Archery bows and inspect the bows upon stocking and shipping the bows out. You may request a replacement bow for any bows that break (not including the bowstring) up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
Bowstrings (braided-nylon, dacron) are covered under warranty for 2 months after the date of purchase. You may request a replacement bowstring for any broken bowstrings up to 2 months after the date of purchase.
All other items are covered under warranty for 6 months after the date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to damages due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, dry firing, modifications, incorrect installation, and/or lack of maintenance.
refunds
You may return any unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. No items purchased after 30 days can be returned for a refund.
We reserve the right to decline a request for refunds if the item has been used. Items that have not been used but have been opened may be issued a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
Manufacturer defective products will be replaced free of charge.
